Overview
In 2025, the alternating "Games, Sports, and Family Festival – Lohmar in Motion" took place instead of the Kulturtage. The Kulturtage Lohmar follow a two-year rhythm and will be held in their 9th edition in 2026. The 8th edition took place in 2024, and the 9th edition will follow in 2026 as the next regular occurrence.
The biennial format allows the City of Lohmar to foster the sporting and family component in the in-between years and to concentrate the full cultural program in the Kulturtage years. Citizens can look forward to a diverse event calendar — cultural in 2026, sporting in 2027.
