Kulturspektakel Gauting 2025 took place on the Gauting school campus with its proven concept: three days, four stages, over 50 bands, completely free of charge. Weather-related losses subsequently necessitated a successful donation campaign, which raised €16,000 and ensured the festival's continuation.
A Season Marked by Weather Challenges
The 2025 edition was marked by heavy rain, leading to financial setbacks. Catering revenue and volunteer planning had to be adjusted. Nevertheless, the volunteer teams persevered with the program, ensuring a successful festival weekend despite the conditions.
Regional Solidarity
A subsequent donation drive raised over €16,000 – an impressive demonstration of the festival's deep roots in the southwestern Munich area. The funds were used for preparations for the 2026 edition and for structural improvements, such as more weather-resistant stage constructions.
