Overview

In 2025, Kultursommer Kap Arkona continued its tradition of handmade open-air concerts in the Lighthouse Keeper's Garden. The season offered five concert evenings between mid-July and the end of August with East German singer-songwriters and selected folk and chanson projects — in the unmistakable setting between the two lighthouses.

The 2025 season followed the established format: five concerts, small audience, great proximity to the stage. The program included solo and band projects from the singer-songwriter, folk, and chanson spectrum, with a focus on East German artist personalities.

As in previous years, remaining tickets were sold at the box office, and the Großparkplatz Putgarten (large car park) was accessible free of charge for concertgoers from the evening onwards. In case of rain, the venue moved to the restaurant at the Cape.
