Overview

The Kulinarischer Weinweg Kernen 2025 once again invited thousands of wine and food lovers around the Stetten Yburg for Pentecost. Around 10 wineries and several restaurateurs from Stetten and Rommelshausen served the five pagoda tents between the vineyards under the motto 'So schmeckt das Remstal' — three days of Pentecost wine enjoyment with a panoramic view over the Remstal.

Kulinarischer Weinweg 2025 in the Remstal

In 2025, the Kernen wineries and restaurateurs once again transformed the Pentecost weekend around the Stetten Yburg into a walkable wine tasting route. Five white pagoda tents were strategically placed between the vineyards, the castle ruins, and the viewpoints — a hiking trail of about 4–6 km that you could walk in any direction.

The approximately 10 wineries — including Beurer (biodynamic winery), Eißele, and Karl Haidle — poured their Württemberg specialties: Riesling, Trollinger, Lemberger, Schwarzriesling, and of course the crossbreed Kerner. The catering, under the motto 'So schmeckt das Remstal', served fresh seasonal dishes with regional ingredients. Admission was, as always, free for three Pentecost days.
