Edition 2025 — Almabtrieb Krün
In 2025, Krün once again celebrated its traditional Almabtrieb with a village festival and farmers' market in September. The decorated cattle paraded from the village entrance to the sports field, accompanied by a farmers' market, music, regional specialties, and a children's program in the Alpenwelt Karwendel.
The 2025 Krün Almabtrieb continued the centuries-old tradition of the Werdenfelser Land. With festively decorated cattle, the Almabtrieb proceeded from the southern village entrance to the sports field; local clubs and caterers provided regional specialties along the route.
The accompanying farmers' market with regional producers, musical entertainment, and the children's program at the Flößerspielplatz made the festival another atmospheric autumn highlight in the Alpenwelt Karwendel.
