The Krimi Festival Burg 2025 once again attracted crime fans from all over Northern Germany to the Bökelnburghalle. Four days of readings and discussion rounds with authors from the crime genre shaped the program in the marsh community of Burg.
The second edition of the Krimi Festival Burg 2025 continued the success of the 2024 premiere. Four evenings of readings and discussions at the Bökelnburghalle solidified the festival's reputation as an important event in the Northern German crime scene.
The format of readings, talks, and occasional staged performances appealed to audiences of all age groups. Burg (Dithmarschen) once again proved that even a rural marsh community can have a supra-regional impact with a clever cultural concept.
