In 2025, the District Shooting Festival of the Soest District Shooting Association was celebrated at another host location in the Soest district. The festive parade, king proclamation, and festival tent continued the annual tradition of the Westphalian shooters.
The 2025 District Shooting Festival followed the established two-day format: competitions, a festive parade of all member clubs, and the coronation of the new district king. The participating brotherhoods from across the entire district showcased their uniforms, flags, and marching bands — a living expression of the Soest shooting tradition.
