Preparation for the Grand Anniversary

The pre-anniversary year 2025 was used by the Musikverein Cäcilia Schemmerberg to establish the structures for the major festival in 2026. The preparations for a Kreismusikfest are extensive: festival grounds layout, club organization, program coordination with the brass bands, advance ticket sales, logistics with the clubs of the Biberach district.

The 2026 festival will be the association's first major appearance in its anniversary year. During the preparations, the Bonlanden club members could draw on their experience from previous festivals and the support from the Biberach District Brass Association. Schemmerberg in the Upper Swabian district of Biberach has all the prerequisites for a successful festival weekend: festival grounds, club landscape, and a traditional brass music scene.
