Overview

The 12th edition of Kraetzeval took place on June 21, 2025, at Kuhlmann's Farm in Minden-Todtenhausen. Six bands from punk, rock, and grunge provided a one-day summer soundtrack — the Mikro Minden initiative once again proved how much volunteer energy fuels Ostwestfalen's alternative concert scene.

The 2025 edition of Kraetzeval followed the proven concept: one stage, six bands, one farm. At Kuhlmann's Farm in Minden-Todtenhausen, hundreds of fans of alternative guitar music from Minden, the Minden-Lübbecke district, and all of Ostwestfalen-Lippe gathered again to experience a full day of loud live music under the open sky.

As in previous years, the festival remained true to the line of the Mikro Minden initiative — a concise program, clear genres, and a focused audience that has loyally accompanied the event over the years. Kraetzeval thus remains one of the few day festivals in Ostwestfalen that so uncompromisingly puts the punk and grunge genres at its center.
