4th Kosher Street Food Festival — Established Event on Berlin's Food Festival Scene

With its 4th edition in 2025, the Kosher Street Food Festival has established itself as a fixture on Berlin's festival calendar. The courtyard of the Neue Synagoge on Oranienburger Straße in the Mitte district once again transformed into a kosher street food market with over 35 stalls. Organizer Jewish Community of Berlin presented the festival as part of the Jewish Cultural Days, with the tried-and-tested mix of Israeli classics, fusion cuisine, vegan options, and Mediterranean specialties. The accompanying program included live music with a jazz band, a comedy show, puppet theater, acrobatics, and the synagogue's observation tower. Free admission — as in previous years, the festival was open to all Berliners. The security situation required entry checks, but this did not noticeably affect the atmosphere: the festival remained one of the warmest and most diverse culinary events of the Berlin summer.
