Overview
The Kornburger Kirchweih 2025 took place, as in previous years, on a weekend in July. The City of Nuremberg listed it in the official Kärwa calendar of the approximately 40 district Kirchweihen. As usual, the Kärwabaum, the festival tent of the local clubs, and music defined the atmosphere around Kornburger Hauptstraße.
In 2025, the Kornburger Kirchweih was also celebrated over four days in July. The Kerwabuam erected the Kärwabaum, music bands provided entertainment in the festival tent, the festival service marked Sunday, and the Kärwa concluded with club catering on Monday.
The Kornburger Kärwa fit into Nuremberg's busy calendar of district Kärwas, which is published each spring via the city portal, giving citizens a quick overview of all district festivals.
