Review of the Königshörn Regatta 2025
The 22nd Königshörn Regatta took place on June 28, 2025, as usual, as the opening event of the Jasmund Cup. Boats from the Bodden region and the Baltic Sea coast – from Wiek, Lohme, Sassnitz, and Stralsund – gathered at Glowe marina for the skippers' briefing. After a joint breakfast, the fleet started into the Tromper Wiek at 11 AM.
With moderate wind and sunny weather, it was a sporty regatta. The finish took place in the late afternoon, with the award ceremony in the evening at the harbour restaurant. As always, participants received a free berth one week before and after the regatta.
Programme
Program structure 2025 (standard format): Skippers' briefing 10:00 AM, start 11:00 AM, triangular course 2×6 nm in the Tromper Wiek, finish in the afternoon, award ceremony at the harbour. Entry fee €15 per boat.
