The 2025 edition of KNRD Fest once again solidified its position as a significant non-profit punk rock festival in Germany. In the festival forest near Schnaittach, punk fans from all over Germany and Europe gathered – driven by the DIY ethos of the organizing association and its clear stance against all forms of discrimination.

As every year, the festival combined a mix of established European punk acts and emerging bands from the regionally rooted DIY underground – a program structure that secures the festival a firm place in the German punk landscape. The combination of fair prices, free camping, and the idyllic forest setting makes KNRD Fest a unique event in the overly commercialized festival scene.
