In 2025, Moers, with its Martinstift venue, was again part of the Klavier-Festival Ruhr's circuit. International pianists performed in a chamber music format on the Lower Rhine.
The Klavier-Festival Ruhr 2025 brought over 70 concerts between Essen and the Lower Rhine. Moers proved itself as a small, acoustically excellent venue, where the festival regularly schedules solo recitals and chamber music programs.
For years, the Moers concerts have been a insider tip for festival-goers who prefer the atmosphere of the Martinstift to the larger venues in Essen. The program varied throughout the season, featuring established stars and young talents from the piano scene.
