Overview
The 16th edition of the Klangfarben Festival once again brought world music acts to the courtyard of the Thon-Dittmer-Palais and a lively Market of Cultures to Haidplatz in 2025. For three days, Regensburg was dedicated to intercultural music and encounters.
The 2025 edition confirmed the festival's reputation as a staple of the world music scene in Eastern Bavaria. International acts from the Mediterranean region, West Africa, and Southeastern Europe graced the main stage. The Market of Cultures at Haidplatz invited visitors to stroll, taste, and discover during the day. Numerous visitors from Regensburg, the Upper Palatinate, and all of Bavaria took the opportunity to spend three summer evenings celebrating world music.
