Edition 2025 — Gebenbach Kirwa
In 2025, Gebenbach celebrated its Kirwa from May 31 to June 2 in the parish garden – on the weekend before Pentecost. A new feature was a wine bar with a select range. The tree erection on Saturday, Frühschoppen with Blasmusik Gebenbach, and tree dancing on Sunday characterized the festival.
The 2025 Kirwa ran from May 31 to June 2 and was organized by KLJB Gebenbach together with the Kirwapaare. On Saturday at 2:00 PM, the Kirwabaum was erected, and at 8:00 PM, the band »Rundumadum« provided entertainment during the Kirwa-Gaudi.
On Sunday, the day began with the Frühschoppen by Blasmusik Gebenbach, followed at 2:00 PM by the tree dancing with »Zoigl Musi«. On Monday evening, there was a gathering with »Remerschnalzer«, before the tree raffle concluded the festival. As a modern innovation, there was a wine bar with a select wine selection for the first time.
