Kirwa FFW Schmidgaden (Schmigoner Kirwa)

The Schmigoner Kirwa 2025 continued the vibrant Kirwa tradition of the Upper Palatinate community of Schmidgaden. At the BRK-Haus, the Schmidgaden Volunteer Fire Brigade organized the multi-day Kirchweih. Marksmen opened the festival loudly, hearty brass band music and beer service created the atmosphere, and in the evenings, there was exuberant party mood. Locals and guests from the surrounding area celebrated together a piece of unadulterated Upper Palatinate Kirwa culture – another successful highlight in Schmidgaden's festival calendar.
