Kirchweih Wieseth

The Kirchweih Wieseth 2025 took place from Thursday, September 11, to Monday, September 15, 2025. On Thursday, the Wieseth brass band kicked off with the Schlachtschüssel. On Friday, the festival tent opened at 5 p.m.; Kerwa-Madli and Kerwa-Buam erected the Kerwabaum, Mayor Walter Kollmar tapped the first barrel, and »Frankenbengel« played from 9 p.m. On Saturday, the band »Hally Gally« provided the atmosphere from 9 p.m. On Sunday, the festive church service in the parish church of St. Wenzeslaus and St. Sebastian was held at 9:30 a.m. with the brass choir, followed by a midday meal and coffee, cake, and ice cream in the community center. On Monday, the fire department hosted a breakfast from 10 a.m. with live music by Andi O. The Kerwa confirmed its reputation as a highlight of community life.
