Overview
In 2025, Wettringen once again celebrated its traditional July Kirchweih on the market square. As in previous years, the clubs and residents of the municipality gathered for beer tapping, festival activities, and a celebratory church service – a unifying weekend for the Middle Franconian village community in the Ansbach district.
The Kirchweih Wettringen 2025 confirmed the festival's firm place in the Franconian summer calendar. On the market square, local clubs provided guests with Franconian specialties and beer; on Sunday, a celebratory church service and Frühschoppen took place. Wettringen lives its Kerwa tradition modestly but steadily – a village Kerwa typical of rural Middle Franconia.
