Overview

In early November 2025, Wartmannsroth celebrated its traditional three-day Kirchweih with a celebratory church service, the Burschen's Kirmesspruch, and a ham meal. The Lower Franconian Kerwe tradition was carefully maintained by the youth club and Kirchweih society, bringing the village community in the Bad Kissingen district together once again.

As in previous years, the municipality of Wartmannsroth celebrated its Kirchweih in early November 2025 in the traditional three-day format. A celebratory church service, Kirmesspruch, and ham meal were on the program.

The traditions surrounding the youth club and the Kirchweih society once again confirmed the importance of village festival culture in the Lower Franconian Rhön foothills. Guests from the Bad Kissingen district and the region participated in the festival weekend and experienced an authentic piece of Bavarian traditional identity.
