Edition 2025 — Kirwa Unterleinleiter
The Kirchweih Unterleinleiter 2025, as always, took place in early July and brought together the club members of SpVgg Dürrbrunn-Unterleinleiter and the village population for four days of festivities. From the ecumenical service on Friday evening to the relaxed closing on Monday, the Franconian Kirwa tradition was kept alive – with a festival tent, dance music, and club catering.
The 2025 edition followed the proven schedule. The ecumenical service at the start provided the festive framework, the festival evening on Saturday brought together the younger generation, and traditional Kirwa dances characterized the scene on Sunday afternoon. The SpVgg organized the catering with its usual volunteer dedication.
In Unterleinleiter, the Kirchweih is more than just a club festival: it is the central social event of the summer and a shared experience for generations of club members and their families from Dürrbrunn and Unterleinleiter.
