Overview

The Tuchenbacher Kärwa 2025 was held around Ascension Day (May 29) by the Kärwaburschen Tuchenbach. Four days of festival tent, raising of the Kärwabaum, parade on the main Kerwa Sunday, and the traditional Betznraustanzen characterized the event — like every year, one of the first major Kerwa weekends in the Middle Franconian spring.

In 2025, the Kärwaburschen Tuchenbach once again invited guests to the traditional Kärwa around Ascension Day under their motto "Hopfen und Malz, Gott erhalt's". With the raising of the Kärwabaum, dance evenings in the festival tent, the festival service on Sunday, the parade of associations, and the traditional Betznraustanzen of the Kärwapaare, the event followed the proven Middle Franconian Kerwa schedule.

The Tuchenbacher Kärwa is one of the firmly established Kirchweih dates in the district of Fürth, which, with its many small communities, produces an unusually dense Kerwa calendar throughout the year.
