Edition 2025 — Stadelhofener Kärwa
The Stadelhofen Kirchweih 2025 was traditionally celebrated on the Sunday after August 10th. As every year, the Kirwagesellschaft erected the Kirwabaum on the village square on Saturday afternoon, followed by a festive church service and the Austanzen of the Kirwapaare in traditional costume on Sunday. The Oberkirchweihpaar was determined by the traditional bouquet ritual. The Kirwa-Krapfen, baked by the village women, were, as always, a must-try.
Review of 2025
The 2025 edition also followed the pattern cultivated over generations: Kirwabaum on Saturday, main Kirchweih with church service and Austanzen on Sunday, and winding down on Monday. The Kirwagesellschaft Stadelhofen organised the festival on a voluntary basis. Served were Upper Franconian beers from the district's breweries, and in the tent, Franconian festival cuisine.
