Overview

In 2025, Schniegling celebrated its Kirchweih in July, as it does every year, at the parish courtyard of the Evangelical Church of Reconciliation. The district Kärwa followed the established schedule with the raising of the Kärwabaum, festival service, brass choir, and Frühschoppen in the parish garden.

The Schniegling Kirchweih 2025 took place in July, as in previous years, at the parish courtyard on Holsteiner Straße. The raising of the Kärwabaum marked the start, followed by festival activities with a carousel and stalls, a festival service on Sunday with a brass choir, and Frühschoppen — the classic Schniegling format was once again organized with great volunteer commitment by the Evangelical Parish community of Schniegling.

In 2025, the Kärwa was also an important meeting point for district residents, former confirmands, and families, with live music in the parish garden and coffee in the Sunday afternoon. It seamlessly fit into Nuremberg's dense Kärwa calendar, which runs from late April to late September.
