Overview
The Runding Kirchweih 2025 took place, as is traditional, on the weekend after the Berg-Kirchweih on Haidstein. Kirtabaum raising in the Raindorf district, folk dances on Saturday evening, and a market with a beer festival on Sunday characterized village life. A true village Kirchweih in the Bavarian Forest.
The 2025 edition continued the established program of Kirtabaum raising, folk dances, and beer festival. The municipality of Runding thus maintains one of the characteristic traditional chains of the Upper Palatinate-Lower Bavarian transition area.
The firm connection with the Berg-Kirchweih on Haidstein also gives the event visibility beyond the local population.
