Overview
In 2025, Obing, Pittenhart and Kienberg also celebrated their Kirta on the third Sunday in October. Festival activities, brass band music, and Bavarian delicacies characterized Kirchweihsonntag and Kirchweihmontag.
The 2025 edition continued the old Bavarian tradition of the Kirta in Obing, Pittenhart and Kienberg. On the third Sunday in October and the following Monday, celebrations took place according to old custom.
Festival activities, brass band music, and the convivial gatherings of the village communities once again made the Kirchweih a highlight of autumnal village life in the Chiemgau.
