Overview

The Kirchweih Obbach 2025 was celebrated from September 13th to 15th. As every year, the Euerbach district gathered for the Franconian Kerwa tradition with an ecumenical church service, Frühschoppen, and communal festival activities. The parish and local clubs jointly organized the program.

As is customary in the Schweinfurt region, Obbach celebrated its three-day Kerwa in mid-September 2025. Sunday, with its ecumenical church service, Frühschoppen, and Franconian lunch, formed the highlight, while the preceding evening and Saturday focused on club evenings and dance music.

The format of the Obbach Kerwa has remained unchanged for generations — and that is precisely its strength: continuity creates identity, and the occasion brings the entire village, including those returning home, together.
