Kirchweih am Nordostbahnhof — Edition 2025

The previous edition ran in its proven format — five days of festival operations at Leipziger Platz, a carousel for the children, a festival tent with beer service for the adults, and stage acts with bands from the Nuremberg area in the evenings. The district Kirchweih is supported by the Schoppershof district association and dedicated residents — without an external commercial organizer.

This voluntary character is also the reason why the event remains vibrant to this day, despite decades of urban development in Schoppershof. It does not attract large tourist crowds like the Nuremberg Volksfest or the Bardentreffen, but it is the genuine occasion where the district gathers once a year.
