Kirchweih Moggendorf

The 2025 edition of the Kirchweih Moggendorf followed the tried-and-tested rhythm: Saturday evening service and beer garden, Sunday afternoon festival service and children's games. With mild early summer weather, the festival attracted the entire neighborhood from Treppendorf, Höfen, Welkendorf, and the surrounding Aufseß villages to the festival grounds.

As always, admission was free, and the Welkendorf-Moggendorf Volunteer Fire Department provided catering and atmosphere. A small but fine village Kerwa that is part of the identity of the northern Franconian Switzerland.
