Overview
In 2025, Möhrendorf also celebrated its traditional Kerwa in September. The raising of the Kirchweih tree, brass music, and party bands in the festival tent, a Kirchweih church service, and convivial festival activities marked the events, as usual, in the village of historic water wheels.
The Möhrendorf Kirchweih 2025 followed the established format of a Franconian Kerwa: the raising of the Kirchweih tree by the Kärwaburschen, brass music and party bands in the festival tent, a Kirchweih church service, and convivial gatherings in the festival tent and beer garden. As every year, the Kerwa attracted visitors from Möhrendorf and the surrounding communities in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district, maintaining its firm place in the Franconian Kirchweih calendar of Middle Franconia.
