Overview

The Kirchweih Mitteleschenbach 2025 took place in mid-October. Four days of festivities with an opening in the sports hall, beer tapping, proclamation of the shooting king, festive service in St. Nicholas, and a festive Monday formed the familiar framework of one of the most important Franconian autumn Kerwa festivals in the Franconian Lake District.

The Kirchweih Mitteleschenbach 2025 once again confirmed the firm establishment of this festival in the event calendar of the Mönchswald community. The municipality, clubs, and the parish of St. Nicholas jointly organized four days of festivities with beer tapping at the village square, a children's Kerwa tree, proclamation of the shooting king at the shooting club house, and the festive service with the Kerwa-Madli and Kerwa-Boum. Thus, Mitteleschenbach once again preserved a Franconian autumn Kerwa tradition maintained for generations.
