Overview

The Mäbenberg Kerwa 2025, like in previous years, took place around the last weekend of June in the Oberlandhalle of the Mäbenberg district. Over four days, local clubs and guests from the surrounding area celebrated the traditional district Kirchweih with beer tapping, dance evenings, festival service, and Frühschoppen. The event is part of the dense Kerwa calendar at the end of June in the Roth District.

Mäbenberg Kerwa 2025

In 2025, Mäbenberg also adhered to the usual festival week: four days of festivities in the Oberlandhalle, supported by local clubs, with Franconian brass and dance music, a festival service on Sunday, and Kehraus on Monday. The Kerwa was advertised as usual shortly beforehand via the municipality of Georgensgmünd and posters in the village and was a well-attended village community festival.

Mäbenberg in the Franconian Festival Calendar

The Mäbenberg Kirchweih is a fixed date in the calendar of the Roth District and fits into the Franconian Kerwa tradition around the summer months. It is one of the four Kirchweihen of the municipality of Georgensgmünd.
