Edition 2025 — Kirchweih Lahm
The Kirchweih Lahm 2025 was celebrated as usual on a Sunday in the second half of April. Festival service in the morning, followed by a flea market around the castle church, carousel, sausages from the FFW, and Kirchweih coffee from the church community – the tried-and-tested program that brings the municipality of Itzgrund closer together each year.
The Kirchweih 2025 in Lahm followed the traditional schedule of the village festival. As every year, the organizers were the Evangelical Lutheran Parish of Lahm-Itzgrund, the TSV 1961 Lahm Itzgrund, and the Lahm Volunteer Fire Brigade.
The festival service opened the day in the festival tent on Schlossplatz, accompanied by the brass band. Afterwards, the flea market stalls opened around the historic castle church. The carousel for the children, the FFW's sausage and drink sales, and the Kirchweih coffee were also, as always, an integral part of the festival. Several hundred guests from the Itzgrund and the wider Coburg region came together.
