Overview

The Herrieder Kirchweih 2025 took place from September 19th to 22nd in the Bürgerpark. As in previous years, it followed the established four-day format with an ecumenical opening, festival tent program, festival service, festival parade, and amusement park. Thousands of visitors from Herrieden and the Ansbach district took advantage of the festival weekend.

Kirchweih 2025 in Review

In 2025, the Herrieder Kirchweih once again showed its strengths: the ecumenical coexistence, the combination of festival service and folk festival atmosphere, the great commitment of the local clubs. The format has proven itself over decades and will continue in this form in the coming years.

City of Herrieden as Organizer

The city of Herrieden, together with churches and clubs, coordinates the organization of the Kirchweih. This joint sponsorship makes the festival a central community celebration – in contrast to purely club-organized festivals that rely on a single club structure.
