Overview

In 2025, Hausen also celebrated its traditional Kirchweih over several days. The Kirchweihgesellschaft "Deutsche Brüder Hausen" upheld the customs with the Kirchweih tree and the distinctive Eierringtanz on Kirchweih Monday in the village square.

The Hausen Kerwa 2025 continued the long-standing tradition of the Kirchweihgesellschaft "Deutsche Brüder Hausen". As every year, the lads fetched the over 30-meter-high Kirchweih tree from the forest on Kirchweihsamstag and erected it in the village.

The festive highlight was once again the Eierringtanz on Kirchweihmontag in the village square, where the lads danced with their partners according to old custom. The festival tent, brass band music, and Franconian conviviality attracted many visitors from all over the Franconian Switzerland, as usual.
