Kirchweih Dentlein am Forst (Pfingstkirchweih)

The 2025 Pfingstkirchweih in Dentlein am Forst traditionally spanned four days: It began on Thursday, June 5, with the traditional Schlachtschüsselessen by SV Dentlein starting at 4 PM. On Friday, June 6, there was a Schlachtschüssel sale at 11 AM, a concert by the Großohrenbronn brass band at 6:30 PM at the Hauf brewery, and in the evening, the Kirchweih parade to the festival grounds with beer tapping and dancing with the Frankenbengeln.

The weekend brought a festival tent program with many highlights for young and old: Saturday at 2 PM, the competition for the Dentleiner-Kerwa-Pokal; on Sunday at 10:30 AM, the festival service in the tent; on Sunday evening, the performance by the Dorfbengeln and the raffle of the 'Kerwa-Sau' for the benefit of Kita Sternschnuppe. The highlight on Whit Monday, June 9, 2025, was the 18th Jedermann-Crosslauf at 10:30 AM at the festival grounds — for the first time with a new relay race format (4x480m), which emphasized fun and community.
