Overview
The Altenfurt Kirchweih 2025 took place as every year in July at the festival grounds on Hermann-Kolb-Straße. Five festival days of district Kirchweih with beer tapping, festival tent, amusement rides, and live music — a classic Nuremberg district Kärwa.
The Altenfurter Kärwa 2025 ran in its usual format: beer tapping on Friday evening, all-day festival operations on the weekend, family day with children's program on Sunday, traditional Kärwa Monday with club evening, and festival conclusion on Tuesday.
Like all Nuremberg district Kirchweihen, it was organized by the City of Nuremberg (Property Department) in cooperation with local clubs. It seamlessly fit into the dense Nuremberg Kärwa calendar between the end of April and the end of September.
