Edition 2025 — Children's and Heritage Festival Fronhofen
The Fronhofen Children's and Heritage Festival takes place at multi-year intervals and was not celebrated in its full scope in 2025. Instead, preparations were underway for the big 20th edition in 2026 — the anniversary year for the 60th anniversary. The commission worked on the festival program, the anniversary exhibition, and logistics.
Preparation of the 20th Edition
2025 was a year of preparation for the Fronhofen Children's and Heritage Festival Commission: The Children's and Heritage Festival does not take place annually but at multi-year intervals. The commission used the year to prepare the big 20th anniversary edition in 2026 — with a special focus on the anniversary exhibition on the 60-year history of the festival and on an exceptionally extensive parade.
In parallel, Fronreute maintained its other club culture with summer festivals of local clubs, harvest festivals, and the Advent market. The anticipation for the 2026 anniversary shaped club life in Fronhofen throughout the year.
