Overview
The 25th anniversary edition of the Children's and Family Festival took place on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The date was unusual: Originally planned for September 13, the Bürgerverein had to postpone the event by one week due to the statewide school enrolment ceremony.
As is customary for anniversaries, the festival grounds at the S-Bahn station Wilhelmshagen were particularly well-attended. Sports tournaments, live music on stage, food stalls from the community association, and family activities characterised the day. The event celebrated a quarter-century of volunteer work by the Bürgerverein for the two Berlin districts of Wilhelmshagen and Rahnsdorf.
