Kiez-Sommerfest at Rathaus Schöneberg — Edition 2025

In June 2025, John-F.-Kennedy-Platz in front of Rathaus Schöneberg was transformed for the seventh time into an open festival area for the neighborhood. The Tempelhof-Schöneberg district office invited residents to an uncomplicated summer day with a stage program, interactive stands, workshops, and children's activities.

As in previous years, the festival was deliberately non-commercial: the stands and stage acts came from the district, the program was developed with associations and organizations, and all proceeds went directly to social projects. Thus, the Kiez-Sommerfest in its form is a recurring, quiet district festival – not a major tourist event, but a meeting place in the neighborhood.
