Edition 2025 — Kiez Burn

In 2025, Kiez Burn once again took place as an annual Burning Man regional event in Brandenburg — a seven-day community festival with theme camps, art, workshops, and performances following the Burning Man principles. Organizer: Kiez Burn e.V.

The 2025 edition continued the tradition of Kiez Burn, established in 2017. With its blend of the international Burner community and Brandenburg's festival culture, Kiez Burn is a remarkable example of a festival beyond commercial structures.

Radical self-reliance, the gifting economy, and a focus on community building shape the festival's content; its non-commercial orientation and limited ticket allocation (around 800–1,000 participants) define its structure.
