Overview

The Kattenstroth Christmas Market 2025 took place from November 28th to 30th around the Gasthaus Roggenkamp. Three days of neighbourhood Advent with a lantern procession for the opening, live music on Saturday, and a visit from St. Nicholas on Sunday.

In 2025, the Christmas market, organised voluntarily by the Kattenstroth neighbourhood association, once again attracted families from Gütersloh and the surrounding area to the southern district. With mulled wine, punch, a children's carousel, and a manageable festival atmosphere, it is one of the most personal Advent markets in the region.

Programme

Programme as traditional: Lantern procession from Liebfrauenkirche for the opening on Friday evening, youth music corps on Saturday afternoon, St. Nicholas visit on Sunday afternoon.
