In 2025, the Kathreinemarkt took place from October 24th to November 1st on Königsplatz in Kempten. The parallel market with around 60 vendors ran from October 25th to 27th on Hildegardplatz. Nine days of Allgäu autumn folk festival with free admission.

The Kathreinemarkt 2025 in Kempten spanned nine days and followed the established pattern of the autumn folk festival. Königsplatz was the scene of amusement rides, fairground stalls, and food vendors daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while the adjacent Hildegardplatz hosted the large market fair for three days.

The format has proven successful in recent years—the combination of the funfair on Königsplatz and the market fair in the Stadtpark is a Kempten specialty that regularly attracts thousands of visitors from all over the Allgäu and neighboring Vorarlberg.
