On September 6, 2025, from 9 AM to 2 PM, the KarpfenMarktPlatz on Neustadt an der Aisch's market square opened the Aischgrund carp season. Carp was offered baked, blau, Asian-style, and as a burger; additionally, there was the Aischgrund Carp Museum, a live tank with prize draws, a children's program by the senior citizens' council, the chess club, and a farmers' market with regional products.
The 2025 edition of the KarpfenMarktPlatz took place on Saturday, September 6, from 9 AM to 2 PM, on the market square of Neustadt an der Aisch. The event was organized by the town of Neustadt/Aisch.
The focus was again on the »Aischgründer« carp in various preparations – baked, blau, Asian-style, and as a burger. The Aischgrund Carp Museum was present with an exhibition and a live tank including prize draws, the senior citizens' council offered a children's program, and the chess club also presented itself. A farmers' market with fresh, regional products rounded off the day; the 2025 Carp Queen, Antonia Dümmler, was a guest. The museums opened from 2 PM onwards.
