Overview
The 2025 SOMMA in the Kurhausgarten Bad Hamm confirmed the festival's status as a summer tradition for Kapelle Petra fans and indie rock lovers from the Westphalia region. The cult band from Hamm played their annual home game with selected guests, in the run-up to the big anniversary edition in 2026. Hallenmanagement Hamm and the City of Hamm drew a positive conclusion.
In 2025, Kapelle Petra used the standard SOMMA format to prepare for the 2026 anniversary edition. The positive response and the ongoing plans of the city of Hamm for its 800th anniversary culminated in the kAPEllE30 SOMMA as the musical centerpiece of HAMM800.
