Overview

The 13th Kap Arkona Run took place on the first weekend of October 2025. Half marathon and 10 km on Saturday starting in Juliusruh and at Kap Arkona, Bambini run and kite festival on Sunday on Juliusruh beach. In changeable autumn weather, runners and families experienced the traditional weekend on Wittow.

In 2025, the Kap Arkona Run again started in typical autumn coastal conditions. The course along the cliff coast with views of Vitt and the lighthouses at Kap Arkona once again thrilled runners from all over Northern Germany. Competitions were evaluated by age group, and at the finish line in Juliusruh, finishers received medals and instant certificates.

The Bambini run on the following day and the kite festival on the beach made the weekend attractive for families. The run is organized by the local team in cooperation with the municipality of Breege-Juliusruh.
