Overview

The XXL Beach Fireworks 2025 on German Unity Day transformed Usedom into a glowing ribbon of light. For over 80 minutes, high-altitude fireworks from Karlshagen, through Zinnowitz, Koserow, to the Kaiserbäder of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck captivated the sky over the Baltic Sea.

In 2025, the seaside resorts of Usedom Island once again jointly staged the XXL Beach Fireworks for German Unity Day. The event began in Karlshagen, followed by a precisely timed ten-minute interval through Zinnowitz, Koserow, and the eastern resorts. Tens of thousands of spectators lined the beach promenades, many walked along the coast to experience multiple fireworks consecutively. Restaurants and hotels were largely fully booked. The production is considered the most spectacular pyrotechnic event on the entire German Baltic Sea coast.
