Edition 2025 — Kaiser-Otto-Fest

The 15th Kaiser-Otto-Fest took place from October 2 to 5, 2025, around Magdeburg Cathedral. Four days of medieval spectacle with knight tournaments, a craft market, fire shows, and historical parades once again attracted thousands of visitors to the Otto City.

The 15th anniversary edition of the Kaiser-Otto-Fest 2025 offered four days over the extended Unity Day weekend with a packed program around Cathedral Square, Möllenvogtei, and Fürstenwall. The day ticket was €10 in advance, the four-day pass was €25, and children under 12 had free admission. The organizer was the state capital Magdeburg in cooperation with the city marketing. Funding and programming for the subsequent edition were politically negotiated immediately after the festival ended.
