Overview

In recent years, the Käsbergfest has established itself as one of the most beautiful wine festivals in Württemberg. In 2025, the Mundelsheim and Lauffen winegrowers once again organized two days on the upper Käsberg path with award-winning wines, tarte flambée, suckling pig, and a long table, illuminated in the evening, high above the Neckar loop.

In previous years, the Käsbergfest has already attracted thousands of visitors to the steep slopes above Mundelsheim. The concept — no festival meadow in the village, but an open path with stations — has established itself as a trademark. The wines from the two cooperatives are presented in a cross-section, from Trollinger to Lemberger to selection wines.

The atmosphere in the evening is legendary: when the fairy lights on the long table are switched on and the view over the Neckar valley fades into twilight, the festival becomes one of the most emotional wine evenings in the entire state of Baden-Württemberg.
