Overview
In 2025, “Jüchen schmeckt” launched as a premiere and was positively received by both citizens and food truck operators. Four dates spread throughout the summer filled the market square with life — the town of Jüchen therefore decided to continue and expand the format for 2026.
The successful debut in 2025 showed that Jüchen was eager for urban street food formats. Economic development officer Carolin Voigt spoke of an “enriched leisure offering and stronger community spirit.” Marc Pesch and Dustin Thissen returned in 2026 for the second season.
